- MSMichael SnookOct 14, 20251.0Walked in the back door at 4:57. Door was unlocked. Then they told me they will not help me. That they were closed. Locked the door that I came in from amd said I had to walk all the way around the building. I've been told they have terrible customer service here and now im seeing it. If your hours say till 5 then wait the couple minutes till its actually 5 yo wrap things up. I hate employees and management like this that try to leave a couple mins early.

Alexandra took a second to find out and immediately told me she would hold them for me. As soon as I arrived Jewel helped me and even held onto some more I can buy the next day. I took it a little further and asked if they also had half dollars and 2 dollar bills. The friendliness was out of this world! Alexandra, thank you! Jewel, you are incredible and live up to your name. Thank you for the great experience!
