Trying to find any excuse possible not to notarize a simple document that i just got noteeized at another branch. They made up state laws about not being able to do it and also stated that do not have time to notarize even though there were no customers and they said notary is by appointment only! For a 5 min notary, who gets an appointment?

She though its completely ok to wait for 25 minutes to be told to come back tomorrow. Wanted to talk to branch manager, who completely ignored me and was talking to some other person about their knee... greet your customers, show that you are human, dont waste your customers time. This whole branch needs a new branch manager asap to start asking customers about their needs when they come for business not make make them wait for 25 minutes and then say, sorry by come again next time because it will take me 45 minutes to open a bank account
