There was a long line as expected and wait, since the other branch closed but experience was not bad. The staff were friendly and helped me take care of my needs. I actually like this branch better the staff were very welcoming and I can see that they were working as fast and hard as they could to take care of everyone. Would definitely recommend.

The line was long and all the new account seats were full of people, however branch manager Karen Kim helped us. She was super kind and prompt. Thanks to her, my mother was able to open CD successfully without long wait. She helped us very kindly throughout the account opening process.Highly recommend this bank.
