- SASue AndersonDec 20, 20251.0I arrived at this Wells Fargo branch Bank prior to opening for my 9:00 a.m. appointment that was scheduled 4 months prior. The teller called over her supervisor and they told me I did not have an appointment and that I needed to go to a different branch to see the banker who made the original appointment with me. They were rude and condescending. They told me if I wanted to stay there I would have to wait my turn , an unspecified amount of time. I said thank you and left the bank, never to return. Extremely poor customer service. I immediately went to another Wells Fargo branch and received excellent service.

- JCJonathan CastroAug 6, 20191.0Poor customer service and even worst “policies” came in to make a deposit for a family member who needed money available right away. Teller said it couldn’t be done. Then the “supervisor” came to tell me I couldn’t deposit cash into someone else’s account. This is a bank policy to “protect” their clients from money laundering. So just so everyone knows, if a family has an emergency and needs money available immediately in their account you can not go deposit into Wells Fargo (if that’s their bank) because their clients need protection from the $80 deposit

I asked what types of balance and interest rates options they could offer me. I expressly asked 3 times if I could confirm rates and limits prior to committing to opening up an account. The banker told me yes, all three times. Not the case,.. Both, the banker and his manager, were completely fine opening a credit card account without my consent. They are SNAKES!!!! I have prime credit and this is disgusting that they should prioritize their own benefits over the customer's interest. I will never do business with WELLS FARGO and neither should anyone else. Thanks
