- PCPaul La CapriaDec 5, 20185.0A great credit union! Michelle Cummings the Branch Manager got back to me right away with some pricing on ordering a stamp for check deposits. At times lines are long, but it is what it is. Everyone does their best to be attentive to each customer that they're helping while making sure that those who are standing in line are not being ignored. Tough balance, but in my opinion, being done as best as it can be. Most customers seem happy with this branch and generally have a better disposition than other customers I run into at other large banks. They always seem to be upset with the bank over something. I'm a new customer and so far I'm enjoying my switch over. This bank seems to have customers in focus and I feel that I'm being dealt with fairly each time I go there. Juan has also been very helpful each time we've gone in for services. He's a pleasure to work with. Great team all around.
