She has been working at many other Banc of California locations in the past but I am happy she is at this Brea branch now. She always takes care of any questions I have and definitely goes above and beyond. If you are thinking of opening up a new banking account with Banc of California, Betty will take good care of you and definitely will help you with the right account according to your needs. With all the terrible reviews of nearby banks, it's refreshing to see this bank doing something right, in regards to their customer service.
