- DDDerickDec 22, 20231.0Horrible customer service. Tried calling this branch and nobody ever picks up the phone. Keeps routing me to an automated service. I went and deposited a check. It appeared that the funds are available as shown on my account summary, but when I came to withdraw that amount, the bank manager says it hasn’t been cleared yet. Then why is the status available in the first place?
