- DDDerickDec 22, 20231.0Horrible customer service. Tried calling this branch and nobody ever picks up the phone. Keeps routing me to an automated service. I went and deposited a check. It appeared that the funds are available as shown on my account summary, but when I came to withdraw that amount, the bank manager says it hasn’t been cleared yet. Then why is the status available in the first place?

Their online services are great, including sending payments online, taking pictures of my checks through my phone, or transferring money from different accounts. My only gripe is that fees are expensive for every little thing. Not much more you can expect from such a huge bank.
