It will s nice to be able to sit while I complete my transactions. The staff is professional and friendly, and takes the time to understand what I need and always accommodates my requests for small bills when I need cash. They even stayed late when I showed up right at 4:59 pm, a minute before closing, after being stuck in traffic. It’s always a pleasure to come in.

My experience was frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional from start to finish. I called to ask about opening a checking account and scheduling an in-person appointment. The representative refused to offer a same-day appointment and referred me to a banker. Eric then told me I had to apply online and discouraged an in-person visit, assuring me he would send me a link to apply. Instead, I received a link to schedule an appointment with completely unreasonable hours listed from 1:00 AM to 8:30 AM PST. When I called back to clarify the timing, I was told Eric was unavailable—yet he somehow commented to the representative while I was on hold. Despite asking again for the correct application link, I was simply told to “rest assured” it would be sent. It never was. I followed up the next day by email and received no response at all. This bank wastes your time, provides inconsistent information, and fails to follow through on basic requests. If you value clear communication, responsiveness, and respectful customer service, look elsewhere.
