- AGAnne GJJul 25, 20255.0Personally, I feel like a lot of the negative comments just need to plan their trip to the bank better. ALL banks right now are short staffed. The tellers there treated everyone nicely even when people were being rude to them over things they can’t control. If you’re going to the bank, make sure you’re prepared to wait. After Covid, there hasn’t been such a thing as a quick bank trip. I was here waiting for like 20 minutes because the people in front of me couldn’t get their life together. Like we’re all waiting 10+ minutes, you couldn’t figure out from what account you wanted to withdraw from in that time? The staff there has to deal with people being rude, unprepared for their transactions, entitlement, etc for 8 hours a day. And they still treat people well. A lot of people forget these people aren’t machines. They’re people. And they’re the little people in this big company. I’m sure they’d love to hire more people to not deal with so much backlash but they can’t control that. For that reason only, I’m giving it 5 stars.
- SHSaeed HajijJan 19, 20221.0Every time I walk in to this branch I have to wait at least 20 to 30 min on the teller line , because there is only one or maximum 2 tellers helping long line of people and you can 2 or 3 managers behinds them walking and chatting having nice time, I think having telnets more than managers will br more efficient,, idiots
