- GBGrissel BernalSep 3, 20251.0I’ve been coming to this location for convenience since it’s close to my job and I need to get a cashiers check for rent on my way home before they close. There is always an unreasonable amount of wait time with only one teller every single time. I asked Rosi the tell her why it’s always like that and her response was so dismissing. She says we do a lot of things here. Instructed her shoulders. It makes me not want to go back to this branch ever again.

- DMDanny MonterrosoFeb 8, 20221.0There is 8-10 people in line and 1 person helping, 4-5 other employees at their desk that are just looking around, are they not able to step in and be tellers for 10 minutes so we can avoid spending close to an hour to make a simple transaction, plan to spend at least 30-40 minutes for a simple deposit. WELLS FARGO IF YOU ARE READING AND WE KNOW YOU ARE, PLEASE DO BETTER.
