I went into the bank yesterday looking for a $40 million dollar loan to make my new real estate development. They said no just because I have "bad credit" and "no business experience". Answer me this, how do I get the business experience if no one will loan me $40 million dollars? You're not seeing the big picture. I'm naming the development "Sherlock Homes" and I'm putting the elementary school on Watson Street. It's a can't miss idea but Bill, your loan officer, lacks imagination and couldn't see a great idea if it bit him on the face.
