These reviews really speak for themselves. It would be understandable if someone was having a "one-off" situation or a bad day, but this branch has been disappointing time and time again. You cannot control a lot of things, but having a good, pleasant, welcoming and efficient attitude is something that should be bare minimum. There is only one kind, decent young gentleman with glasses, who sits right in the middle of their teller line, who has been the most helpful, acts with a sense of urgency and kindness. The rest of the staff might benefit from his exemplary behavior. Do Better.

Extremely unprofessional experience. The staff were rude and dismissive, refusing to properly explain the process when I asked for clarification. Without asking for my consent, they copied my personal documents and arrogantly told me they have the right to do so. This is unacceptable behavior, especially from a financial institution that is supposed to respect customer privacy and act with integrity. I do not recommend this branch.

What a sorry excuse for a bank, the branch (beverley hills), and some of the staff. I am so done with this joke. Look at reviews of all branches. They're RARELY above 2 stars. Most are 1.7 or below. What does that tell you?? STAY AWAY AND MOVE YOUR ACCOUNTS ASAP. We got passed along when this bank bought some or all of Citibank and their different bank brands. I've given them a lot of chances over the past year or 2. But it keeps getting worse and worse. This one teller, Nicole B., is just over the top. After being there for almost a year she deposited my checks into completely different person. And she was just haughing about it like it wasn't a big deal. Today I went to send a wire transfer. I told her that I had to catch an appointment in a short time. It took her 35 minutes!!!! In the middle of it she had to walk to her manager for approval, which was fine. She slowly walked over to the manager. Eventually she started walking back. I swear a bride walking to alter walks faster. It was like looking st someone in slow motion. Mind you I told heri was running really late. She was doing it on purpose. On her way to back to us she rubber necked everywhere as she walked super slowly. I've been dreading the move because I have a dozen or so personal and business accounts. Making all those changes everywhere is a daunting task. BUT I'M DONE WITH THIS LEVEL OF INCOMOETECY AND LACK OF CARE. FIRST CITIZENS BANK SHOULD BE CALLED LAST RESORT BANK. GOOD RIDDENS FCB, NICOLE B. AND ALL OTHER NON CARING PEOPLE TO THE TOP OF THEIR FOOD CHAIN!!!
