Over the course of two days, I was met with inefficiencies and a lack of cooperation that I would never expect from a financial institution. The task was simple: process a transaction and send a specified amount to a company. Yet, this straightforward process turned into a drawn-out ordeal. The delay in processing the transaction resulted in a significant missed opportunity for me. Time is often of the essence in financial matters, and a bank should be adept at handling transactions promptly to ensure their clients do not suffer any losses. Unfortunately, this was not the case with City National Bank. I would urge potential customers to consider this experience when choosing a bank. The inability to expedite critical financial processes and the subsequent impact on customers is something that cannot be overlooked. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend City National Bank and would advise looking for a bank that values your time.

One time I had forgotten that I was on hold and went about my day only to return an hour later STILL ON HOLD!! I’ve called the 800 number as well, I know their hold music by heart! I can’t imagine if I had an issue, as an account holder, what might happen? No thank you. I’ll find another bank who occasionally answers the phone vs. never.
