- VCVin CheeJul 8, 20252.0I had to call the Beverly Hills Citibank multiple times and asked for a call back. The banker who opened my account never made the efforts to call me back. Saman Javanmardi told me I would receive the sign up cash bonus if I left my money untouched for 90 days. I listened to him and after 90 days, I didn’t receive anything. I called and ask about it, he tells me a different story that I will only receive my bonus in another 90 days. He’s a very dishonest banker. Terrible customer service.

They sit and play on their phones and avoid helping you at all costs. The manager told me to wait in line and then yelled at me cause I asked him for help.
