- FAFred A5 days ago1.0I went up the branch to find out about high yield interest rates. There were two people working. One behind the counter and one sitting with a customer. After ten minutes, I walked to the counter and ask for someone to help me with opening high yield account and he tells me you need to make an appointment. I called the branch to make an appointment and it transfers me overseas answering service. They also try to call the branch and no respond. At that time, I gave up. I’m not going to give my money to a bank that has no customer service.
