Mayra, the branch manager at this location went above and beyond to help me out through a very important and time sensitive matter. I had originally went to another nearby branch right before on Country Club Dr. to try to see if it was at all possible to resolve the issue- the lady who greeted me at the door didn't even take the time to try to understand my situation and immediately let me know that the branch manager was not available and that he could not help me anyways and advised I contact Back End Operations(800 number). I spoke with Back End Operations the night before and they were the ones who suggested I reach out to the branch manager. Understandably, the lady who greeted me at the door has only her job to do but she should not be advising on behalf of the branch manager so carelessly. I would have accepted that there was nothing they could do if she had at least made an effort rather than just pawning me off. Thankfully, I went to Mayra's branch right after. She did not make any promises that the matter could be resolved but she took the time to ask the right questions, diligently problem solve, and let me know she was going to do the best she could and call me back either way with what she found out. SHE CALLED ME BACK WITHIN THE HOUR AND RESOLVED THE MATTER. Prior to going to Mayra's branch, I was adamant that I was going to move my accounts elsewhere, especially with how competitive other banks are these days. Because of Mayra's great client services, she saved a customer who has been with Wells Fargo for more than 15 years and will get more business through referrals and other products through her branch like mortgages and investment accounts. I probably don't mean much to the corporate umbrella, but it means a lot to me the care and attention to detail she provided and coming from a place of wanting to help. Wells Fargo paid out $3 billion for making fraudulent accounts for clients, yet I try to set up a business account and denied due to having my business name on a city permit.. Lol go ahead and keep starting up fraudulent accounts and deny us who request an actual account.
Pathetic, take your business elsewhere.

This branch is far superior to others I've been to. I've delt with the branch manager and the baker Erick. Both of them will go out of there way to help you.

How does it make sense that i bank with Wells Fargo but they charge me $5 for a money order? When i can go to Walmart and get a money order for .88¢. And for one thing of checks it’s $22? But i can order some online for $9? Wells Fargo is just a scam overall. Deffinitly switching who i bank with. Let alone their mobile app is always down and having technical issues.
