Called four times the next day. Could not get through. Called at 10am the next day. Someone picked up and now I've been listened to Wells Fargo radio for 10 mins with no sign of human life. Am going to have to make a third trip in person.

Stood in their line for about a good 10 minutes to have this black lady with salt n pepper hair with glasses on to tell me, I need to go to Federal Bldg. in SF. She must don't know her bank rules. Someone please advise MISS wanna be Bank owner she is incorrect on her information. I wish I can give - stars but that is not allowed.
