- CCChanita CarsonSep 2, 20251.0Warning!! Do not bank with this company! I'm literally in a different country and they don't want to return money to me that was credited from another company. Even after sending the email and proof that the merchant returned the money on their end Patelco is trying to neglect following through on their end. I even called the merchant to double check and verify. This banking service is a scam. Go anywhere else, especially if traveling overseas. They're not reliable and there customer service isn't available internationally. Terrible. No wonder you all have pending lawsuits against your company. The worst.

They limit the amount of money you can withdraw, they have security breaches far too often, and the incompetence and entire lack of sympathy for panicked members, who are being told their money is not accessible and their bills and credit scores will simply have to take the hit until they figure it out, is unconscionable. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Honestly, I’d keep my money in a hole in the forest before I’d trust Patelco ever again. ***update I went to the Dublin location, and for the first time since the breach, I felt like they actually cared about the consequences this issue has caused for me. It’s far, but entirely worth the drive.
