- LFLihua F.Sep 7, 20255.0I have been working with Will since 2016, one of his earliest clients, and I have been really happy with the comprehensive planning, continued customer services, and the truly exceptional investment performance of my portfolios. As the result, I am going to retire much earlier and with much more asset than I ever thought possible. Incredible work. Working closely with me by learning my needs and goals, Will designs personalized plans and customized portfolios that fit my family’s plan. In addition to that, he also frequently checks in to review the plan and the portfolios and offer me timely guidance. Will has great investment insights and has guided me well. In down markets, when others panic, he has encouraged me to hold and even to buy investments when they are on sale. The strategy works. Many years ago, he was already explaining to me the importance of investing in the digital and especially the artificial intelligence revolution and the immense opportunities in these areas. As the result of his investment selections, my biggest portfolio appreciated 54% in 2023 and 55% in 2024. I cannot recommend Will enough. He has changed my life and I am sure he will change yours.

He focused on filling out the general Edward Jones forms and the investments he was interested in, versus listening to what companies I would prefer to invest in. He convinced me to change my grandfathered account with EJ stating my fees would remain the same, but instead his fees increased, so it was more beneficial for him. I was with Edward Jones for years and very happy with Lan and stayed with Will when he took over her office. After many years, I left Will. To add insult to my bad experience, when I left, Will gave me a negative balance with my new financial firm since he made sure to take out his fees. I would not recommend him.
