Wells Fargo and Chase did the same thing in less than 30 minutes. ALso the employee had virutally no information on the products. If I hadn't asked for every single detail, I would have not even been sold anything. I wasn't shown options for accounts, I had to explain (unprompted) that there are other products which I am eligible for (and that are better suited to my need) than what the employee tried to sell me. If I hadn't looked at the website before, I would have probably just left without anything. It was like I was trying to sell myself on a Citi product. Might as well have opened the account online...
