- VRVi RMar 21, 20181.0After waiting 15 min to open an account, the guy who was sitting in front of me and saw me come in and sit down tells me i need to make an appointment. I returned the next saturday, opened the account, inquired about checks as it'll be a business account, the rep tells me the first book is free and should arrive in a week or so. 3 weeks later still no checkbook. I called customer service and they told me this account never had any checkbook writing services. To make matters worse, the check I deposited a week prior was still unavailable even though it cleared on Monday. Of course i closed the account and went with BOA. Never had an issue with them.
