  I should have seen the reviews before stepping into this dump. While waiting in line due to low staff the client in front of me had to wait to the side so she could get help with a wire! There was no one there to help her with it, what !? Then it was my turn can you believe it was a final check from my employer with the Citibank logo on it issued by them , the teller said she couldn’t cash it, as she couldn’t find it in her system???? How incompetent, how backtracked she sounded, it’s a check issued by your company and you couldn’t cash it??? I just wanted the cold Cash quickly as I was in the area and that Citibank was in the way, I ended up doing what I should have done since the beginning, just took it to my bank . This place is empty, smells like mold and looks like it’s running out of business save yourself a trip, don’t come here!!!! They have like 12 windows with one incompetent teller, that can’t cash a check issued by their bank. lol loosers.

  Do not bank here! This is a joke of a bank. They will take your money, close your account and not be able to explain to you where it’s at or what happened because the people that answer the phone on customer service cannot speak English. I will never ever think at Citibank ever again, and I will make sure to tell everybody I know not to do it as well, customer service is horrible

  Why does ANYBODY bank with them? Follow the story of the flake LAPD cop that ripped off some woman & this bank DIDN'T have the courtesy to return her money till Fox News got involved, SHAMELESS bank!
