- KDKevin Dandridge6 days ago1.0My grandma sent me in here (her bank) to get her coins. She can’t leave the house anymore so I do all her errand. Flagstar says I can’t take coins out because I’m not on her account. I said she sent me here for her, I have her debit card. They said maybe she can add someone to the account and they can come in. I told them my grandpa(her husband) was on the account but he passed away and it’s just her and I in the house. Still the lady said no because it’s not my account. So I asked if I can go the ATM, take the money out, then get the coins. She said no because I don’t bank there. I’m lost for words! I feel like that’s not even policy and they were discriminating against me instead because the lady was going to do it at first, but after asking someone, she changed her mind on wanting to help me. I don’t even know how to get my grandma her coins anymore if her bank won’t let me

Empty promises, no follow up, and seems like a very uniformed team of employees at this location (wasted time for multiple people in our company). Couple this with a very unreliable online system and it's the perfect recipe for a terrible customer experience.
