- VVVanessa VillalobosMay 13, 20251.0One of the worst banks I’ve ever had. They have the worst protection for their customers and are aware of their phone calls being tapped into. There was so much fraudulent activity in my card and denied all my claims. They have young kids that have zero knowledge and told me that my checks had been tagged with numbers qme told me they could not be deposited anywhere. I opened a chase account within 20 minutes and deposited the same checks there. So a huge PSA don’t ever bank with altura and just because it’s a credit union it does not mean they’ll have your back and protect you finances

He could of been having a bad day which I try to understand because we are all human. But the attitude toward her was just too much. She kept her cool, something that would of been hard for me to do given the situation. As I was deciding to whether get involved or not, it seemed like she left to get her husband from their car. It still didn’t sit right with me though so i’m most likely moving my accounts to a different credit union.
