- RHRebecca HernandezOct 28, 20251.0Usually not one to leave reviews but after what took place at this store, it felt very reasonable to do so. Came in with my husband to be added onto his account, and the lady helping us seemed willing to help at first. To start off My husband is not from this country 🙄( this is important) we brought our 2 forms of identification , but this lady would not accept it because it did not explicitly say consular ... that is a Mexican thing. Guatemala names their IDs differently ,however they are both the same. Both are valid forms of identification. My husband tried to explain but the lady insisted because his ID wasn't in English she couldn't accept it. She claimed she's seen cards from Mexico, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and that wasn't the correct card. Denying his ID. Anything that comes from another country is not going to be in English so what a redundant statement to make. There needs to be more thorough training or a push for better service. A simple Google search could've explained that his ID was in fact VALID, although not Mexican which is probably what they see most often... considering we are in california. Either way we quietly left without arguing, but the anger I felt leaving and entering into a BETTER branch (which btw were able to help us and took his 2nd form of ID with absolutely NO PROBLEM) is just enough to leave a review. I'd like to believe she was just doing her best, but the attitude of know it all is just so disappointing. Definitely felt racially discriminated against at this location and will absolutely never step foot again at this branch. So not right to have been treated that way.

The manager or teller service is very rude and does not bother to further look into the account before she makes a decision Lazy and unprofessional
