- TSThe StoversJan 3, 20261.03 tellers, 25 people in line, not a good look on a Saturday. Took me 32 min to get to the teller, I hope it’s not like that every weekend. Is this a staffing issue? Or? I’ve never seen a bank ran this poorly. The bank Manager told me when I confronted her with us at the window after I waited in line that this is Wells Fargo’s new vision they’re putting in less people so good luck with that

The workers were very respectful and wonderful, went out of their way to make sure every person who walked in the door was taken care of and attended to their needs. I had an excellent experience with the banker Raul Aguilar. He made sure I was taken care of. He was very friendly, made me feel comfortable and guided me through uncharted territory. I would recommend anyone to book an appointment with Raul if they ever need anything here at Wells Fargo.
- SSSatbirDec 3, 20251.0If the was a zero I would give them a zero i’ve been having an issue with a check, and the people called them. They don’t answer. The branch doesn’t answer. The manager doesn’t answer. I’ve been going on with this for 3 weeks. This is the worst place to ever bank.
