This bank is the worst it can be the 1st of the month or a.friday long lines with only 2 tellers every time manger just stands there like nothing is wrong u would think on these days they would have extra tellers need 2 get rid of the manger and turn this branch around i will not go here again ilm drive the extra few miles to another branch please do something and just say welm look into it that is not working its time 2 fix this problem new manger this one is worthless this branch is trash....

(1300 22nd St, Bakersfield, CA ) I had one of the worst experiences ever at Wells Fargo Bank. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and showed no care for customers. It felt like they didn’t want to help at all — their attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve never seen such poor behavior from bank employees.
Customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, not arrogance and rudeness. Wells Fargo really needs to train their staff on how to communicate properly and treat people better. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning.

Here at this Wells Fargo, didn't plan on coming inside but I had too because the atm outside didn't record one of my deposits. When I went inside they were no help. I was just told to call the number on the back of my card. Even though they were no assistance at all. I waited inside the bank while I called the number on the back of my card. Just sitting there on the phone, I watched 2 different Hispanic women come into the bank and was greeted asking what they needed assistance with. Do you think I received the same greeting? No not at all. Another day of being an African American woman. Thanks Wells Fargo
