Wells Fargo was my original bank with my representative payee service, which I always pay a fee for, monthly. It is not known to me as to why a change to another bank was done, however, I have found it rather distinctly peculiar that the another bank that I have mentioned, has no Bakersfield, CA., U.S.A. branch. I remain independently overcommand neutral, genuinely.
