- CLChester LopezNov 20, 20192.0The branch and the workers here are great specially Kim (personal banker). The reason why I gave them 2 stars is because of their home loan process. I decided to go through Citi for my home loan and was assigned Raul Sierra as my loan officer. Raul seems like a nice guy but he has a lot of improvement to do. First off he is constantly out of the office and fails to mention it to any party involved in this process. Every time I called him he was out and the person he left as a contact (Victor) in case I needed anything never answered or called me back. Raul failed to communicate important information to my loan processor and that made me have to spend more time tracking down additional paperwork. Then my processor calls me and makes it seem like its my fault this is happening. They lacked communication between their departments.I would recommend going through Kern Schools Federal Credit Union or another local bank. I feel like they would better serve your needs because they understand the community better.
