- EEEarlJul 7, 20253.0Decent branch, but they really need more staff. Every time I come in, the line is long and moves slow. Feels like they’ve only got one or two people trying to handle everything. That said, the folks who are working are friendly and do their best just too few of them. Wouldn’t mind coming here if they picked up the pace a bit.

I transfer rent this way every month. I ushuly go to the branch in cool to do so but I was in the area and thought this branch could help me. Nope they were rude and so unhelpful. I had to get across auburn to the other location off elm to see if they would help me and only had a few minutes before they close. The branch off elm was very helpful and I let them know how the branch off bell and 49 was awful. I had left in tears stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to pay my rent. Anyway thank you to the elm branch and I hope the 49 and bell branch closes... this is the 3rd bad experience I’ve had with them in the past year... every time a difrent branch has been able to help. Never will I return to this branch. They need to learn a lesson in manners.
