The manager up front not so friendly and has a chip on her shoulder. I call it like I see them. Closing at lunch is Unacceptable on a Friday. Customer service is everything up front manager needs some lessons on being friendly and not sounding fake. I witnessed her lecture a elderly customer. Not good I left Wells Fargo for a friendlier bank not seeing it yet.
