- JMJade MooreJun 7, 20231.0The manager Natalia here definitely shouldn’t be a manager. She is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Bank opened 30 minutes late and that wasn’t even the issue, I totally understand things happen out of their control. Walk in I’m the first person helped, the teller seemed to be very new I had to repeat my change order about 5 times I even had to take my calculator out to show her she wasn’t giving me the right change, not once did the manager want to help her. I asked her to help her because I was already in a hurry waiting. She replied with “should have gone to Merced” like what? That’s what you tell a customer?? That blew my mind. Anything she was just rude “we don’t have that” “well we don’t have that” I didn’t hear the word “sorry” come out of her mouth at all. As a manager myself I’m beyond surprised that’s how she handles her customers when she’s stressed. 0/10 just because of her service for sure. It’s crazy she’s the face of that branch.
