Mr. Paul put in the Time and Effort to ensure we were successful once we decided to retire. We did in approximately 5 years what it takes most people a lifetime to do. He had additional suggestions that I wish I had taken earlier such as the Back Door Roth. I just can't express how happy I am with the end results in helping us reach our goals. - SGSusan GarciaMar 26, 20241.0The previous financial advisor was amazing, as was his admin, he moved to Santa Maria, look for him! The new guy is ok, the major issue is his admin, Trinity! She is very rude and impatient and has no compassion for other people. We had to move out of the area for work and had a lot going on not just with new jobs but with finding housing and health issues. Trinity could not understand this and instead of working with us she dropped our account with out notice after 10 years at that location and almost 20 with EJ!! We were dumped with some guy inMissouri when we live is San Francisco! Not only that but she turned off our contributions to our accounts, again without notice. I doubt they will be at this location long with her lack of business acumen. If I could add negative stars I would.
