I haven't experienced customer service THIS EXCELLENT in quite a while. I don't even have AN ACCOUNT at CITIBANK, and I was needing help with an issue regarding a branch IN NEW YORK. This would be a DOUBLE "GET OUT OF HERE" response from ANY other bank. But this bank welcomed me and went WELL above and beyond to help someone AGAIN WITH NO ACCOUNT HERE.. so there was nothing in it for them. Do yourself a favor, if you have a CITI BANK account here and need help.. just ASK. They will go out of their way to help. I am giving an EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA special shout out to WILLY RAMIREZ, who's willingness and dedication to helping me with my HUGE issue honestly is making me consider opening an account here just so I can feel confident I will always have his amazing support.
