- JWJohn WenOct 7, 20215.0444 E Huntington Dr Branch Manager was very helpful assisting my banking needs, unlike 1200 S Baldwin Ave, Arcadia branch staffs: not helpful, I stayed for 3 hours and got wrong information from them at the end of the day, and the issue was not resolved over 30 days(09/01/21 to 10/01/21). Mr. Do at 444 E Huntington Dr took personal attention to ensure my banking issue was resolved within two days. Individual branch manager's attitude makes great difference in customer services/satisfaction.
