- LBLavelle BrownJan 2, 20261.0A customer since 1981 I have never been so embarrassed and disappointed by this branch and Wells Fargo practices. Three months ago I closed my business account after retiring and because Wells Fargo refused to deposited over $11k into my account for 10 days when they had already received the money from another bank. They manipulated my account so they could earn interest off of my deposit. The other day I tried to deposit two checks from Bank of America services (not some individual or another company) made out to my business and my name. They refused to accept legitimate and legal tender instruments and deposit into my remaining account. As soon as I can set up new accounts at a local reputable dependable and honest branch (down the street) for me and another person that I am trustee for his assisted living care I will be closing three more accounts and a credit card. Wells Fargo isn’t loyal, trustworthy, compassionate or understanding. I can’t wait to end my 48 year banking relationship since they clearly do not care about their customers.

Let's hope for the best. Apple Bank & Wells Fargo Bank are not squeaky clean either. We are not going to stop until our funds are safely returned by Well Fargo/Apple Bank.

- AAAndreJan 11, 20161.0Aside from trying to push credit cards with 20% interest rates down their clients throats. Im just sick and tired of them not caring about the people they represent. Keep in mind that this is a company that was successfully sued for inappropriately charging clients over draft fee's, because of their capitalistic practice of processing the transactions that would most likely overdraft your account in a non linear order. Thanks for nothing wellsfargo.
