  Just left the bank and WHY ARE YIU HAVING your SECURITY GUARD asking what we are doing at the bank and trying to give advise on financial services?! Need employees to pay attention to that! Not good flr business!

  Have an appointment for next week to just show my ID and open an account. I walked in today it was bankers all at there desks. It was one who’s hair was wild she was frantic and wore glasses .yoi can hear her asking the security “what do “they” (me) want?” Why is that her job to determine? Why not come out say hello and find out! Then I am sitting she finally comes out after she questioned down the security what I wanted said she’s busy until 3 and everyone else are investor bankers. Wow! Only one banker? Everyone else too “important “ to help what you’re saying? She went back to her desk when I said I couldn’t come at 3. She made it seem as if she was soo busy .. she could have helped me. The investor bankers were standing around talking. I waited and waited to see what would happen with the busy lady Sherry… She didn’t come back out to even say “hey my appointment not here or o have a moment let me help you real quick.” I left and I am never coming back in here. Poor customer service.

  Tellers seem to chat a lot behind that glass instead of trying to help get the line of people waiting down instead. That also shows a lack of poor management as well.

  After 22 years banking with WF, we processed $770,000 in credit cards through Wells Fargo in 2021. In August of 2022, we had two small charge backs. Wells Fargo Risk Department (an outsourced, offshore company) shut down our merchant accounts and held funds as they accumulated. To date, this is over $33,000 and growing. Customer Service set up appointments for us to speak with Risk, and the risk people never called us. We have opened accounts with another bank and are having no issues. BEWARE! THIS IS A BIG CORPORATION WITH NO ONE WHO CAN HELP YOU WITH THESE KINDS OF ISSUES.
