Over the last 10 years, SAFE has become a disaster. Horrible management and leadership. Not sure why they hire horrible employees who are lazy and don’t care about serving customers. After today, I am seriously considering pulling all money and switch to a different bank. Never stepping foot here at this branch ever.

Then, she comes to me and thanks me for "being patient." She patronized me, insulted me and always treats me like I am less than a human being. 0 stars.
