Bank and branches need to either divert lengthy clients to a single line for those transactions or have someone trained to open a pop up window when it gets busy. You would think that anyone witb common sense could think of this. I could have long lines resolved in 30 minutes. Crazy. Plus some bankers talk to much. It is not a social gathering, it is a business transaction. Get with the program branch manager!!!!!
