Bank and branches need to either divert lengthy clients to a single line for those transactions or have someone trained to open a pop up window when it gets busy. You would think that anyone witb common sense could think of this. I could have long lines resolved in 30 minutes. Crazy. Plus some bankers talk to much. It is not a social gathering, it is a business transaction. Get with the program branch manager!!!!!
- KSKarina SanchezJun 24, 20251.0Very disappointed with Wells Fargo. Tried to open a business account and apparently you cannot do business with them if you don't speak fluent English. I called to provide information they required to open the account and asked for a Spanish speaking representative for my husband to complete his part of the process. The lady on the phone stated it needed to be done in English and I could not translate for him. We went into the branch to see about completing the account there in person and they also refused to open the account. I asked to speak the a manager and Karen Limon came out and stated that speaking Spanish is a courtesy to them. Then she stated that we couldn't open the account because the address on our ID did not match the business address that the business was registered under. REALLYYYYYY!!!! Do I have to live in my business. I banked with them years ago and I thought I liked them so I thought I would come back since they are closer to home, But I'll stay with my current back. They are rude and unprofessional. So sad when 100% of the people in their line were Hispanic. I will be reporting them to ADA.

I came late to my appointment and missed my window and she noticed I was in distress and offered to help me with my request to open a special rate CD account in less than 10 minutes. Saved me so much future headache by helping me and insisting we can find a solution instead of dismissing me and saying to reschedule, which she could’ve easily done. I hope Gina knows her kindness made me happy to be a Wells Fargo customer
- LGLisbeth GJun 1, 20233.0Whenever I get quarter packets from this branch there’s always at least ONE Chinese coin. I don’t go & complain about a quarter but it continuously happens.. so idk what’s going on.
