    I’m a Premier customer of WG for so many year. Me and my family put a lot money in saving. But after my experience today at this location make me think of withdraw all of my money to put everything into Chase. I have been come in to renew my CD so many year with my mom I never have meet bad banker like that at this location. They have 4 banker available at the time when I arrival. 1 banker are help other customer. 2 banker at the branch have nothing to do just hang out there and talking to each other. 1 inside. These two lady one younger mexican her name Samatha. The older lady are mexican i don’t ask for her name but they are seem very mean to me when I asked her just take 2 min to renew my CD because i gotta work all week I don’t have time to come. The old lady was raise her voice and said they don’t have time to renew CD for me because they’re rush to go home even I don’t have anything to do we still can’t help you! I tried to explain for her that its only take 2 mins to renew I always done at WG brand for many year. She still raising her voice and said they don’t have time. But they have time to talked to each other. After she swipe my debit card and saw how much i have in CD her face have change immediately because she know the process only wasted 2 min of her time but she choose to not helping. Instead of being professional on her work and not wasted customer time she start to sweet talks to me like “ you shirt look very nice” Please train your worker. Instead of helping whats customer need she choose not to do her job, she make me feel like i have to begging for renew my money. She make me feel like i have no trust at WellFargo anymore because of this unprofessional service they gave me today. We need a banker to be helpful. Ive never have bad experience like this at other location of WG. Unprofessional banker. I asked if i could calling to renew it. They both telling me I can’t calling to renew it. They give me a lie answers. Please. Train ur worker or customer will take money to other bank.

    To be fair, this is but one branch of a rotten corporation. (Don't believe me, check the historic ruling on their deliberately selling mortgages to people whom they KNEW couldn't afford them.) That said, my issue is VERY specific. TWO TIMES now, since July, 2021, they have declared an elderly relative under my care as DEAD. The second time, to add insult to injury, was on that relative's birthday. There should not have been a first time, let alone a second time. They had no Death Certificate, etc. Back in June-July, while trying to help this relative, who has mobility issues, I just sat, dumbfounded, across the desk from the branch manager at the Anaheim branch while he showed me a screen that had my relative tagged as deceased. Then, I learned two things. First, this happens SO OFTEN, apparently, that Wells Fargo has created their own form, Certificate of Declaration of Life, to address their own mistake. Secondly, it was going to be out of MY money to hire a notary to do this form. I am on a fixed income, caring for a relative on a fixed income. This is a multinational, billion dollar corporation, and they nickeled and dimed me over THEIR mistake. I'd love to insert a ripe profanity here, but I want this to go to print! Even so, back in July, I did all the footwork, including having to pay a notary to come out to the medical facility where my relative had landed after a medical emergency, just so I could try to help them pay their bills and keeping them safe, by proving that they were, yes, alive. Stupid bank. I did everything I was supposed to on my relative's behalf, and, irritating though it was, I thought that was that. Nope, this past week, on THEIR BIRTHDAY, my relative again was told that they were deceased. I sat with the relative on speaker phone with someone from the Estate Security (or something useless and pompous sounding like that) while the phone rep asked my relative all manner of questions to prove that they were, in fact, not communicating from beyond the grave. Holy Hell! Even after 45 minutes of this, we were STILL told that I have to re-fax the notarized form from July, AND I have to bring my relative to a branch this coming week to prove that they are still among the living. Doing this is a challenge at the best of times, because they are in a wheelchair, but having to do this during a pandemic, with a relative who, although vaccinated, is still immunocompromised is straight up B.S.! SHAME ON YOU, WELLS FARGO. I've also notified my congressional Rep, who, among other things, handles Senior affairs. How DARE YOU make life harder for an elderly patient on a fixed income. I hope that your CEO and higher-ups all have the miserable afterlife that they deserve, AND that their families have to go through this on-Earth hell to do their paperwork when they are dead. (Or maybe they won't really be dead; apparently Wells Fargo can't tell!!!!!!!) And I wish it were possible to give a 1/2 star or 0 star review.

    I've been a wells Fargo customer for long time. I'm not satisfied with this bank. Every month I need to changed my debit card because of fraudulent on my account. I don't understand why it keeps happening , and even though the card was closed the the fraud charges still continue. I can't even use my money because it's gone. And it takes a week before I can get my money back. Hope Wells Fargo will do something about this because it keeps going on. Update: Today Oct.9 I have to closed my debit card again because there is an attemp to used my debit card online buying stuff. Hope they can solve this ongoing fraudulent on my account. Update: February 11,2021, someone used my debit card again at the gas station . So I need to closed my debit card again . I don't why people can do such thing.
