I opened two Coogan accounts for my kids, and because these are special industry accounts, the process can take time. Sebastian handled everything with professionalism and patience. He helped me set up the first account, and later assisted with the second one just as smoothly. - LHLove HealsOct 29, 20214.0They are friendly but they do not have an inside ATM which mean I have to wait in line to make a withdrawal larger than my limit or do it in 2 different days. Now, waiting 10 mins is not bad but 25 to 30 mins because there's not many tellers or people are asking all kind of info and take the tellers time with info easily found online is 🙄. Obviously my personal opinion but all I want is withdrawal money and get going.
