- MMMir Ata MirzadaDec 11, 20241.0This is the worst branch of first citizen bank. I am talking to the cashier and two other male manager interfere to our speech’s. Cashier want solve my problem about the checks but those two man tell me some reasons that doesn’t make sense and didn’t let the cashier speak. Their behavior is so rude and disrespectful.

And they are also very closed minded , other branches will go out of their way to give you decent service. The people at this branch do the bare minimum and send you home with nothing accomplished. Lazy.

I will not be opening anything just cash my check please. Because if I have to wait for service 30 min a task that’s insane.

The agent for this company, most likely a teller or secretary saw me, looked me in the eye and proceeded to lock the door faster or earlier to ensure I didn't make it. Horrible customer service and bad business practices on this bank.... OneWest... My first experience with this bank and left a bad taste in my mouth and heart. I'm sure the owner of the bank (and this goes with all business) would not be to happy if he knew his Agents or employees were turning away business and money for them. Maybe I wanted to deposit a couple million dollars or invest in this one bank but now that one employees lack of customer service and lack of care for her job has completely turned me off to this bank and will not have any association with it EVER. Come on people. We are all one it's service to others not SELF. Stay Balanced my friends
