- NNNickDec 27, 20241.0Seriously, what bank opens at 10:00 a.m.?? Unfortunately I just opened up a bank account there and I'm going to be closing both of them. The opening process was miserable, although the banker was great, took forever, had to get cards and numbers and go to the place to change pins and then finally get an online account a week or two later or as Wells Fargo and Chase, You can get an online access the same day you open up an account. Their phone staff from overseas is absolutely terrible and don't know a thing and they often will tell you they don't know and you have to go into the branch to know simple things or do simple things so it's completely useless.
