Extremely rude when telling the banker my grandmother has a hard time hearing. She snaps "Seems she hears fine to me"..me taken abac says that was rude, she puts her finger up ☝️ and says "excuse me" to make me be quiet. Then proceeds to go in the back calling other people and starts talking about us.... after another teller leaving us for over 10 min waiting thinking where'd she go.... Brea didn't want to help at all and said "there's a location closer". Also forgot to add she asked me to leave the bank and go outside( in the rain) after I asked where the teller went.. I stated no I can't leave her I am her caregiver and POA to which she replied oh "wait over there"....Emma the assistant manager was...horrid
