  Horrible experience with the branch manager. She tried to take my elderly family member from my arm and into her office by herself. I refused and will not go back. It felt racially motivated . I am thinking of changing banks.

  Shady bank. Went in there to make a deposit for my mom and they were asking for MY social security number. When I refused, she just said "okay" and continued with the transaction. Why do they need to collect so much information from people? When I asked for the reasoning, the girl stumbled out "it's just policy". Creepy. This is why I left this bank.

  Terrible service. Came in at 4:15pm to open a new business account and drove in from San Clemente to do it.. Granted it was cutting it close to the closing time, but the person I spoke with said, not a problem, can I wait for 10-15 minutes while she finished up with a client. I said, no problem and waited by the front door. Then another lady came into the office and sat down. The person who told me to wait, then said, if it would be ok to help the lady first, before she helped me. Because it was a woman, I said, that would be fine. Then another person came in to get a cashiers check, so the lady who was going to help me again asked if she could help the other person. At this point, I said, I have been waiting for 40 minutes and it would be nice if she followed the line of people waiting patiently. She then decided to help me, but as I sat at her desk, she said, you know what, because it was now 5:00, would you mind coming back tomorrow? I told her that I drove in from San Clemente to open this account and I was gracious enough to wait 40 mins and that I would appreciate her helping me now. I thought that would be the proper thing to do. She thought otherwise. I asked to speak to the manager, and she WAS the manager. Terrible service. Would never recommend this location if that is how the management treats customers. Especially potential new customers.
