    I don't understand why handicapped customers aren't attended first? My elderly, handicapped father sat in the seat for handicapped customers and was ignored for nearly 15 minutes. No bank teller spoke to him to communicate to us that he would be attended after the last person he was supposedly in line after. I had to repeatedly ask the bank tellers if they could see him, if they were aware that he was waiting. The handicapped and elderly should be attended to first Wells Fargo. Do better!

    Thank you Maria I came to update my name. I also have an auto loan with Wells Fargo, and before this I had already visited the DMV. However, the DMV could not update my vehicle title and told me I needed to first update my name with Wells Fargo. I was completely lost and didn’t know what to do. Then I met Maria. She was professional, warm, and incredibly efficient. She quickly helped me update my debit card information, and after learning that I needed documents for the DMV, she immediately helped me call Wells Fargo Auto Finance to double-check everything and make sure all the details were correct. She also organized all the documents I needed. My English is not very strong, but her professionalism, efficiency, and patience made me feel truly cared for. Our communication went smoothly because of her help. Thank you again, Maria.     大厅前面有个牌子写的是在这等待,等了半个小时,结果有个客户说是要在前台预约,在等待半个小时的时间里,没有一个人过来告诉我需要去前台,真是可笑至极。

    Dear Wells Fargo Management, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the unacceptable customer service I received during my recent visit to your branch. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, I was assisted by an employee named Thelma (to the best of my recollection). Unfortunately, my interaction with her was deeply disappointing and left me feeling disrespected and discriminated against. Despite being a Wells Fargo customer since 2009 and routinely visiting this location every other week to cash checks, I was accused of being dishonest and was publicly embarrassed in front of other customers. When I presented my check, Thelma informed me that she would be unable to cash it because I did not have sufficient funds in my account. I explained that I have successfully cashed similar checks at this same location many times before. She then claimed that doing so violated policy and questioned me about which employees had previously processed my checks. Only after I expressed my frustration and reminded her of my long-standing relationship with Wells Fargo did she agree to process the check—ultimately confirming that it could, in fact, be cashed. This experience was both time consuming and humiliating. I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, especially as a loyal customer of over 15 years. I hope management will address this matter appropriately and ensure that no other customer is subjected to similar treatment in the future.

    The banker whose name Thelma doesn’t know how to help me deposit money orders.She was served me and I asked help to deposit money orders,She takes it and then told me the purchase address should add a name but it’s not,I told her it’s my money order,I was purchased it,If need a purchase name,I can fill it,but she told me if like that,she still can’t help me.I told her I purchased a lot of money orders,deposited in colorado,same writing way,no any problems,why I can’t deposit it in California,she said she doesn’t know just she can’t help me.At that time I asked money orders back to me and takes them to the BOA which is super close to the wellsfargo.The BOA banker really great!No any questions and problems.Only 2 minutes helps finished it!That’s good job and what I want,Hope the wellsfargo do a good job to training the Banker Thelma how to help the customer and avoid why I can do it at BOA and can’t do it in wellsfargo! Very bad experience today!
