  I recently had a frustrating experience while trying to open a business account at the Alhambra location of Citi Bank. My interactions with the staff left much to be desired, particularly with Michelle Lee and Jeffrey Huynh. From the outset, Michelle's demeanor was rude and dismissive. She provided minimal information and seemed uninterested in assisting us. After her, we were handed off to Jeffrey Huynh, who made the experience even worse. His belittling attitude was particularly unwelcome, especially as we were opening a partnership account. It felt as though he was dismissing us simply because we are women. Jeffrey's approach was passive-aggressive, which made the process uncomfortable. He snatched the paperwork from us and didn’t provide any clear guidance. When we called to finalize our account, the lack of professionalism continued. Upon our arrival, he merely gestured us over with a finger, without a greeting or acknowledgment. When I asked about his aggressive attitude, he became defensive rather than addressing my concerns. I requested to speak with a manager, only to be told that they were unavailable. This lack of accountability was disappointing and solidified my decision to decline opening an account with Citi Bank. I cannot recommend this location, particularly due to Jeffrey’s behavior, which indicates a need for better training in customer service. It’s unfortunate, as I believe a positive banking relationship is crucial for any business. Jeffrey is most likely miserable at job and should over all seek different employment. My experience at this Citi Bank was incredibly negative, and I would advise potential customers to seek services elsewhere.

  Vivian was my banker today. There was a bit of a mix-up with appointment times (not her fault), but she squeezed me in before her next client and made sure I was taken care of. She was also doing her best to direct traffic and help other customers get to their assigned banker. Seems like this Citi branch was slightly short-staffed when I went in, but Vivian was giving 110%, and I really appreciated her help!!

  I think they have changed the hours. The bank opens at 10 am Monday through Friday now. Last time, I went there to make a deposit at 9 am but unfortunately, the front door was locked, then I realized that it is not open until 10 am.
