- LHLuis HernandezNov 10, 20251.0I just opened an account and had some of the worst and slowest customer service experience ever. We had 3 people ahead of us that walked out because the Teller is asking where a customer got her hair dyed. Apart from that we have the customer service manager seeing the line out the line and instead of assisting other customers decides to sit in her corner office. We watched 2 other people with appointments get rescheduled because there was only 1 competent teller in a building of 6 tellers.

I try not to go first thing in the morning, but rather later in the day (noonish) because of the two guys that work during that time. Super friendly and efficient. They really have great customer service. The morning staff should take a lesson from them.
