- VPValerie PetersonJul 9, 20251.0While a few of the tellers and platform workers have some customer service abilities, many of the employees do not. They may act like they are providing customer service, but in reality, there is a lack of taking responsibility for their errors and causing a colossal waste of time. I have been trying to resolve a deposit transaction for a month and have filled out the same form 4 times while specifically asking questions. I have called before arrival to ensure I could make my deposit. Then, upon arrival, have been given "yes", "no", "we called but you didn't pick up", "no, we didn't leave a voicemail", "oh, the branch manager has to take her one hour lunch now". If this was a one-time event, then fine, but it also happened when I was ordering foreign money for a trip. Lack of communication cost me several trips and extra money when I had to get money at an airport exchange. I would love to know who the "owner" that responds to these reviews is so we can discuss. Oh, I am currently waiting for my hour at the branch for the manager anyway and have time to discuss.
