- CHcynthia happeJan 5, 20261.0The outside ATM has been beeping and needs repair. This has been going on for two weeks with each employee entering knowing it needs repair. Same goes for the ones inside. They actually try to pull you out of line to use the machine inside which ultimately does not give you cash or says over limit see cashier. And why does no one have the i-pad up and running for approvals? Got me as they have to retrieve it and actually turn it on to find out that they’re open and things do not work properly. I know that construction is going on but it looks worse every time I visit with power outages and everyone looking frantic and makes absolutely no calls that maybe a circuit breaker was turned off! Call the construction crew maybe a manager higher up the ladder. I will say the cashiers have all been polite and efficient when waiting in line a good spare of time. But the warm body vibe needs more pro active work involvement. Plus I do not recommend sandbagging doors open on Sunday for construction to take place. Your asking for trouble!

He claims to assist elderly, non-English speaking clients but provides poor financial guidance, particularly for retirement accounts, making withdrawals and account closures difficult. Attempts to close accounts are met with reporting to social services for elder abuse. This branch demonstrates unprofessional behavior and a serious lack of ethics—seniors and vulnerable clients should be extremely cautious.
