She is personable, takes time to talk matters through, and presents and recommends possible courses of action based on our circumstances and level of risk tolerance. She is candid and forthright without pressuring us. Office Manager Deborah is friendly and efficient. She helps us keep track of our appointments with Jane, and overall is a great presence in the office and on the phone. I wish we had met this trustworthy and knowledgeable team when we first moved to Alameda.
