I knew before I made the hour drive that I was approved. Sent my personal documents online so all I needed to do was sign the contract which Becky explained step by step in terms I understood. Being there had been a hurricane earlier that day and I didn't sign until closing Saturday I didn't expect to see the e-transfer until Monday at the earliest but Becky said to check at 4am Sunday and it had been deposited.
